Description

The HiBeam 200 load display is a compact, very bright and easy to install after market display for visually indicating the load on a crane hoist. It can accept all types of load signals (mV, V, mA, Frequency, Abus LIS Q-Link or ControlPro Volts,Stahl Canbus) and connects wirelessly with Sole Digital data loggers or load limiting systems, eliminating the need for additional cabling.

Application

Ensuring accurate load measurements is critical for the safe operation of cranes, yet many cranes lack external load displays. The HiBeam addresses this need by providing a reliable and visible load display. Compatible as a direct replacement for Stahl SDL3-100-3, ABUS GLZ, and Konecranes displays, HiBeam is versatile, operating on any voltage and offering a cost-effective solution for enhanced crane safety.

Visual Indication of Load:

  • Provides a visual indication of the load being lifted to ensure safe crane operation.

Compatibility:

  • Accepts all types of load signals: mV, V, mA, Frequency, Abus LIS Q-Link, or ControlPro Volts.
  • Connects wirelessly via HoistNet when used with Sole Digital data loggers or load limiting systems, eliminating additional cabling or calibration.
  • Compatible with AbusLIS, Konecranes ControlPro, Sole Digital Liftlog™, LiftlogXL, MaxOut, or TrafficLite without requiring additional calibration.

Optional Remaining Life Module:

  • Adds load spectrum recording and remaining life analysis.
  • Complies with the new version of AS2550.
  • Available as an onsite upgrade to existing HBD200 displays.
